Welch 方法是一种估计信号功率谱密度(Power Spectral Density, PSD)的经典方法:把信号分成若干段(通常可重叠),对每段加窗后做频谱估计,再把各段结果平均,以降低谱估计的方差、获得更平滑稳定的频谱曲线。常用于音频分析、振动监测、生物信号(如 EEG)和一般随机信号处理。
